7. Shipping & Risk

  • Orders before 3 PM EST usually ship same business day.
  • Orders after cutoff or holidays ship next business day.
  • Risk of loss transfers to Buyer once shipped.
  • Shipping delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, text, branding, and graphics are property of Motek Peptides LLC.

9. Governing Law
